2cents.club ("Company", "we", "our", "us") provides an online platform that allows users to generate booking links and receive rewards for eligible reservations.

Use of our Services is subject to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the following disclaimers and limitations.

2. No Guarantee of Rewards

  • Rewards are not guaranteed for every booking.
  • Tracking depends on technical integrations, third-party providers, and external conditions beyond our control.
  • Situations such as (but not limited to) ad blockers, browser settings, internet disruptions, use of VPNs, or partner system errors may prevent a booking from being recorded correctly.
  • In such cases, no reward will be issued, and the Company is not responsible for these outcomes.

3. Independence from Travel Providers

  • We are not affiliated directly with travel booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Hotels.com, etc.).
  • All reservations are ultimately made with third-party providers, and their own terms and policies apply.
  • We do not control, operate, or guarantee any of their services, prices, or availability.

4. No Financial Advice

  • Rewards provided through our platform are not financial products or investment returns.
  • Nothing in our Services should be considered financial or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services.
  • Our liability, if any, will always be limited to the amount of service fees (if applicable) directly paid by you to the Company.

6. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
  • By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Jurisdiction

  • These disclaimers are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, unless arbitration is explicitly agreed in writing.
